What is Gurukulam
Gurukulam is an online training platform started with an objective to perform job skilled training for the needy and enthusiastic youth. It is supported by enthusiastic volunteers who are subject matter experts from different industries. Each training program is managed by the process owner, who is a GHF student, through which students experience organizational skills from the leadership opportunity.

Our story so far
This was originally started for the Siragugal students of Gold Heart Foundation. Since the quality of training rendered by the mentors was excellent and all the trainers had hands on experience in the Corporate world, Hence we decided not to limit their technical expertise within Siragugal alone. Now we have expanded this platform to all the enthusiastic needy youth who is passionate to receive this training.

How you can help
- People with relevant knowledge can enroll as a tutor and conduct 1 hour session every weekend.
- One hour webinar is also possible according to your convenience.
- A mentor will be assigned in a WhatsApp group through which they can shoot questions and keep the group active.
- Administration Services Tasks involve informing class timings to faculty and students, keeping them motivated as well
- Also, a mentor will be assigned for a particular student through mentor and mentee mapping process. (1-4 students will be alloted on the basis of your convenience)
- Process owner in JAVA to run classes in a similar way. ( Tasks involve checking availability of staff and students, uploading videos on YouTube, ensuring that classes happen as per agenda)
- Similarly there are tonnes of opportunities available for each of you. Kindly explain your area of expertise to us if interested and together let us make learning fun for everybody.
